The system is plain files and a database you own, so the model underneath is a choice you make and can change. We build on the model you already pay for, or the one we agree on the call, and the files do not change when the model does. The day a good model runs on your own machine, even that subscription becomes a choice, and that is the road we are on.
Your own database project, in your region, EU or US. Your own infrastructure if you have it. The personal layer for each owner on a laptop that never phones home. Nothing of yours sits on our accounts after the handover.
The files, the code and the data, handed over. You pay once for the build, and you pay the model provider directly for what you use. When the tools underneath move, updates check your system first and never replace it.
Data residency in the EU on request. If you need to know how your build sits under the AI Act, ask on the call and we answer factually.
The intelligence. The model is paid to its provider, by you. What you own is everything around it, which is the part that survives the vendor, the model and the subscription.
Half an hour. You tell us where the organisation is, we tell you whether AI helps, and if it does, what we would build first. Nothing is booked on that call.
