Which is a sentence everybody writes, so here is what it costs us to mean it.
Every rented tool measures what the company that built it cares about, and the numbers it shows you are theirs. The pricing email, the feature sunset and the roadmap decided in a boardroom you will never sit in all arrive on their schedule, and your client conversations may be training somebody else's model.
So nothing we build is rented back to you. One payment, and the files, the code and the data are handed over. If you want us to hold it for a year afterwards, that is a separate agreement you can end at any point.
