No, and it is the reason this exists. You and the people you choose work with AI. Everyone else uses a browser, and every way of getting work onto the board stays open to them.
What happens to Slack and Notion?
Slack stays, and becomes one of the ways work reaches the board. The library takes over the job Notion was doing, one document at a time, and nothing is deleted on our side.
What can each seat do?
Seats run from owner to viewer, and we set them with you. What each one can see and do is tested from a real login before handover.
Where does it run?
On your own database project, in the region you choose, in its own schema. One project per organisation.
Who fixes it when something breaks?
Your own people, with the course that comes with the build. Or we hold it for a year: scheduled check-ins with fixes and small changes batched in, never on call, and you can end it at any point.
Half an hour. You tell us where the organisation is, we tell you whether AI helps, and if it does, what we would build first. Nothing is booked on that call.
